Qualifications · Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a General Manager (or strong GSM ready to step up) in a luxury or high-volume automotive dealership. · Demonstrated success managing full dealership operations and delivering consistent profitability. · Experience with luxury or premium automotive brands is strongly preferred. · Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-development skills. · Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and drive bottom-line results. · Passion for the luxury automotive industry and a genuine commitment to world-class customer service. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field preferred.
