Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, air conditioning systems, steering, and suspension.   Complete manufacturer and dealership training to stay current on Buick & GMC vehicle technology and service standards.   Motivate, mentor and manage a team of automotive technicians effectively, including junior and apprentice auto techs.  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.   Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure customers are informed about repairs and the status of their vehicles.   Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.  Why Join Us?   At Brickell Buick & GMC, we value our team members and invest in their success.
