Head of Asia Sales and Business Development

Omni Design Technologies is a leading provider of high-performance, ultra-low power IP cores, from 28nm down through advanced FinFET nodes, which enable differentiated system-on-chip (SoC), in applications ranging from 5G, wireline and optical communications, LiDAR, radar, automotive networking, AI, and image sensors. We have engagements with market leaders in each of these end markets have been growing at over 50% per year. We are looking to onboard superstar talent to help us move to the next phase of growth. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Asia Sales and Business Development to lead our semiconductor company's expansion across Asia. This role involves driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing key client relationships. You will oversee sales teams in various markets, develop go-to-market strategies, and identify new business opportunities. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry are crucial.
