Through our cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025 while achieving solid profitability for sustainable growth.   This role We're looking for a curious, people-first Retail Insights Analyst to be our eyes and ears in the field across the Philippines. In this role, you'll spend the majority of your time visiting retail stores, building genuine relationships with Clerks, Owners, and Admins, and translating what you observe into insights that directly shape how PayJoy operates and grows. You'll work cross-functionally with Merchant Ops, Product, Sales, and GTM teams — bringing the voice of our customers and retail partners into decisions that matter. This is a role for someone who loves being out in the field as much as they love synthesizing what they find into clear, actionable stories.
