As we evolve from an ecommerce brand into the ultimate personal gifting companion, we’re looking for a Director of Product (Ecommerce) to lead some of our most critical customer and platform experiences. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, starting in early July 2026, with clear accountability for growth, customer outcomes, and execution across multiple ecommerce product domains spanning web and app. You’ll set direction, make thoughtful trade-offs, and take ownership of results. This role requires someone who can confidently engage with and influence senior leadership and C-suite level stakeholders - bringing strong product thinking, customer insight, and evidence-based recommendations to shape strategic decisions; whilst staying close enough to the detail to ensure teams are solving real customer problems.
