Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest is one of the largest providers of sexual and reproductive healthcare in Southern California, operating 20 health centers throughout our three-county region. The Major Gifts Officer is responsible for advancing Planned Parenthood’s mission by cultivating and securing major philanthropic support throughout Riverside County. This role manages a portfolio of donors and prospects, focusing on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts of $10,000 or more, including planned gifts and contributions to the Action Fund (501(c)(4)/PAC).   In collaboration with the Development team, the Major Gifts Officer develops and executes strategic engagement plans to grow the regional donor base and deepen long-term relationships. The position also partners with community leaders and regional volunteers to generate financial support and plays an active role in key fundraising events, including the annual Reel Women’s Film Festival and the Riverside County Cocktail Reception.   If you are passionate about reproductive freedom, skilled at cultivating major donor relationships, and motivated by making a lasting impact, we invite you to apply!
