As an RN III (Float), you’ll play a vital role supporting surgical and specialty service centers by providing expert nursing care where it’s needed most, ensuring seamless patient experiences and continuity of care across our regions. This unique opportunity is perfect for a highly adaptable, clinically skilled RN who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys variety in their work. You’ll travel between surgical sites in San Diego, Rancho Mirage, Riverside, and Imperial Valley, serving as a trusted clinical resource and collaborator across teams. In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive patient care including procedural support, sedation monitoring, patient education, and emergency response, while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient-centered service. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor staff, contribute to team development, and expand your clinical expertise across diverse care settings.
