About the Role *We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CLM Operations Executive to join the Paytm. *Campaign Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of off-deck and on-deck campaigns across multiple channels using CleverTap. *You will collaborate closely with Category, Growth, and Traffic teams to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, approved on time, and monitored for performance. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Management • Create, configure, and publish campaigns on CleverTap across Push (Override, Lifecycle, Nodedupe, Event-based), Email, SMS, Chat, and WhatsApp channels. • Set up and manage CleverTap Journeys, including event-based triggers, audience segmentation, and multi-step flows. • Set up and validate context strings for both Override and Lifecycle on-deck campaigns (Native Display). Data Fetching & Validation • Fetch and validate campaign base sizes using CleverTap's segment builder and cross- reference against push campaign base size checks. • Validate Banner IDs, deeplinks (via QR code generation), widget types, slot IDs, and image specs before campaign scheduling. • Monitor campaign delivery metrics post-launch; flag anomalies such as unusual drop in reach or delivery rates (expected benchmark: 50–60% delivery/acquiry). • Pull and verify data from the Campaign Tracker, Traffic Approval Sheet, and Allocation Team Sheet to ensure alignment. • Ensure all campaigns have a valid Label ID from the CLM Category List, and that CategoryId and CategoryName key-value pairs are correctly mapped (case-sensitive). Quality Control & Scheduling • Perform QC checks as per the Campaign SOP before scheduling any campaign. • Conduct banner QC in line with Banner SOP guidelines, verifying image specs, deeplinks, and widget types. • Test campaigns during permitted testing hours (7:00 AM–10:00 PM) using the designated test webhook. Required Skills & Qualifications CleverTap Expertise (Mandatory) • Hands-on experience with CleverTap for campaign creation, audience segmentation, and channel configuration. • Proficient in setting up Events and Journeys in CleverTap, including multi-step flows, event triggers, and user property filters. • Understanding of CleverTap concepts: Native Display, Push campaigns, cascade mode, sub- contexts, frequency capping, and DND settings. • Familiarity with webhook configuration (live and test) for Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Chat channels. Data Fetching & Analytical Skills • Ability to fetch, validate, and cross-reference campaign data from multiple trackers and sheets (Google Sheets / Excel). • Basic understanding of segmentation logic: user properties, behavioral filters, segment exclusions, and frequency rules. • Ability to identify and flag data discrepancies or campaign mismatches quickly and accurately. Operational & Process Skills • Strong attention to detail — ability to follow multi-step SOPs precisely and maintain zero-miss campaign execution. • Experience raising and tracking tickets on Jira or similar tools • Good time management skills to handle approval deadlines, testing windows, and scheduling timelines simultaneously.
