Product Analyst - Assistant Manager - Agent & Merchant

Job Brief We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our product team and support data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle. This role focuses on analyzing product performance, user behavior, and key metrics to improve customer experience and drive product growth. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to translate data into actionable product insights. Key Responsibilities * Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feature adoption to identify optimization opportunities * Define, track, and monitor product KPIs such as engagement, retention, conversion, and growth * Build and maintain dashboards and reports using spreadsheets, SQL, and BI tools * Partner with Product Managers to support roadmap prioritization and feature impact analysis * Conduct funnel, cohort, trend, and root-cause analysis * Support product launches by defining success metrics and performing post-launch analysis * Analyze product ratings, reviews, and customer feedback to inform product improvements * Drive small to medium-scale analytics initiatives end-to-end * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present insights and recommendations * Benchmark products against industry trends and best practice*s Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred * 3-5 years of Proven experience in a Product Analyst or product-focused analytics role * Strong proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases * Strong experience with spreadsheet-based analysis and dashboarding (Excel / Google Sheets) * Hands-on experience in using AI tools or Agentic AI for workflows, documentation, data analysis & generating insight. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Technical Skills * Data & Querying: SQL (BigQuery, Hive, Starburst) * Analysis & Dashboarding: Excel, Google Sheets * BI & Visualization: Apache Superset, Tableau, Power BI, Looker * Automation / Scripting (Good to Have): * Python * Spreadsheet scripting (Apps Script / macros) * PySpark (Add-on) Why join us •A collaborative output driven program that brings cohesiveness across businesses through technology· •Improve the average revenue per use by increasing the cross-sell opportunities· •A solid 360 feedback from your peer teams on your support of their goals· •Respect, that is earned, not demanded from your peers and manager.
