Program Management- Paytm Gold

Paytm’s mission is to serve half a billion Indians and bring them to the mainstream economy with the help of technology.  About the role: We are looking for an experienced program manager in our Gold team. The ideal candidate would have a good blend of business and technical acumen and would be able to deliver in a high paced environment.  Responsibilities:  ● Plan and Drive complex programs simultaneously from initiation through launch  ● Collaborate with multiple cross functional teams to drive program launch, ensuring ownership of the revenue including call center, insurance partners, marketing, tech and product teams,  ● Proactively identify and resolve product issues by effectively working with Product Managers, Business Owners and Engineering Teams  ● Individual contributor role in a matrix structure  ● Report and communicate progress and status of projects to relevant stakeholders  ● Build program review cadence and bring discipline to track success objectively  ● Assist in production launches, coordinate UAT, implementation of process change and trainings as needed  ● Help in monthly and quarterly roadmap planning by reaching out to dependant business and prioritizing their asks  ● Identify the right KPIs for multiple teams, build dashboards to rack these KPIs and highlight in the right meetings  Basic Qualifications :  ● 3 - 5 years of experience in managing projects across cross functional teams  ● Experience working directly with business stakeholders.  ● Experience in strategy consulting, ceo office, chief of staff, EIR roles  ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business or related technical field  ● Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial  ● Prior work experience in insurance or fintech preferred  ● Structured thought process to help think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritize tasks  ● Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals  ● Results oriented person with a strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with teams  Why join us?
