Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech Hiring (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, based in Kraków, on a maternity cover contract and take full ownership of end-to-end hiring across multiple locations. Your main focus will be hiring for technical roles (primarily software engineering), with occasional support for business roles as needed. You’ll work on a variety of roles, each bringing different hiring challenges and opportunities to make an impact. We’re a small, experienced Talent Acquisition team working in a fast-paced environment. We support each other closely and focus on delivering strong hiring outcomes. You’ll have a high level of ownership, trust, and the space to make decisions and drive hiring forward - including close partnership with hiring managers and guiding them through the process.
