The company is co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore.  The Role  This is a high-impact, high-autonomy leadership position for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of payments infrastructure, regulatory complexity, and market activation. Based in São Paulo, you will own Nium's product strategy and execution across LATAM — with Brazil as your immediate priority.  You will serve as the senior product voice on the ground in the region, translating Nium's global capabilities into locally-relevant products and navigating the regulatory and partnership landscape to unlock growth. This is not a role for someone who needs a playbook — it requires independent judgment, deep market knowledge, and the drive to build from the ground up.
