Job Summary: At Nextech, measuring the success of our products is key to our outcomes-based approach to product development.  To understand success, we need to have a customer-centric approach to measuring value and standardized models that allow us to analyze holistically across product and markets. As a Sr. Product Operations Lead, you will be crucial in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development processes, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, marketing, and other key stakeholders. The Product Operations Manager will manage a tight-knit team of data and operational experts to optimize workflows and support data-driven decision-making to achieve our product strategy and optimize business outcomes.  To be successful, the right candidate must understand the needs of product management, have the ability to think critically about process breakdowns and disconnects, and plan ahead to avoid them.  The candidate is driven to provide their cross-functional partners with the tools they need to create great products and achieve business outcomes.
