But you'll also be someone who genuinely enjoys being embedded in a fast-moving business and getting stuck into whatever is needed to help the team succeed. Our operations team is at the heart of Octopus. They're the people delivering for customers every day, shaping our culture and driving the growth of the business. As our Global COO’s EA, you'll be right at the centre of that. You'll work across teams, build relationships throughout the organisation and become a trusted partner to both COO, UK Operations Director and the wider operations leadership team.
