corporate clients. To support the next stage of growth, the company is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager who will take ownership of performance-driven marketing initiatives and drive scalable client acquisition across the B2B product ecosystem.
Role Purpose:
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving measurable growth
across the company’s business product ecosystem by attracting, activating, and
scaling B2B clients. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, analytics, and sales, ensuring that marketing initiatives directly contribute to business outcomes such as client acquisition, product adoption, and long-term engagement.
The role requires a strong performance mindset, deep analytical thinking, and the
ability to translate data insights into scalable growth strategies.
Core Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Growth: Own and optimize performance-driven marketing initiatives focused on acquiring and activating B2B clients.
Design and scale marketing funnels that convert awareness into product adoption and ongoing product usage.
Manage and continuously optimize PPC campaigns and lead-generation initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on CAC efficiency and conversion metrics.
Work closely with external agencies and internal teams to ensure marketing activities deliver measurable business outcomes.
Marketing Analytics & Funnel Optimization: Operate with a strong metrics-driven mindset, continuously analyzing campaign performance and customer acquisition funnels.
Work with key performance indicators including Impressions, Leads, Conversions, CAC, and their underlying drivers.
Use analytics and experimentation to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve acquisition efficiency.
Translate insights into actionable product and marketing improvements.
Product-Led Marketing: Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure marketing is integrated into product development and go-to-market strategies.
Support product launches with clear positioning, messaging, and strategies.
Provide market feedback and customer insights that help shape product decisions and prioritization.
Ensure marketing strategies reflect real customer needs and market demand.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop marketing strategies for B2B products and services
Build and execute go-to-market plans for new product features, ensuring strong positioning and effective customer acquisition.
Define value propositions for different customer segments
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market demand.
Coordinate messaging, campaigns, and growth initiatives across multiple teams.
Translate product value into clear marketing communication used in campaigns, content, and advertising.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on performance or growth marketing
Hands-on experience launching and optimizing PPC campaigns
Experience building and optimizing lead-generation funnels
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics and
marketing data
Experience working at the intersection of marketing and product teams
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate marketing strategies and
decisions clearly
Ability to work independently, identify growth opportunities, and take ownership of results
Experience managing marketing initiatives from strategy to execution
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Preferred:
Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or product-driven technology companies
Experience working with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Knowledge of SQL or working with marketing data in databases
Experience building analytics systems for B2B products
Interest in AI-driven marketing and data-driven growth strategies
