About this role

About the Organization Now is a great time to join Redhorse Corporation. We are a solution-driven company delivering data insights and technology solutions to customers with missions critical to U.S. national interests. We’re looking for thoughtful, skilled professionals who thrive as trusted partners building technology-agnostic solutions and want to apply their talents supporting customers with difficult and important mission sets. About the Role Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. To support this mission, we are seeking a UX/UI Developer to support Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) initiatives for the United States Air Force (USAF) Rapid Sustainment Office (RSO). While our data scientists build powerful AI/ML models to predict aircraft failures, you will be responsible for the "human-side" of the solution—designing and building the interfaces that turn complex logistics data into actionable insights. Your work will empower USAF stakeholders with intuitive decision-making tools, directly impacting the readiness and efficiency of our nation's aircraft fleet. If you are passionate about human-centered design and want to see your work have a real-world impact on national security, we want to hear from you.
