POSITION OVERVIEW: Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Assistant (EA) provides senior-level executive support to the CFO and the finance team, including the VP of Investor Relations and the VP of FP&A and Treasury. Aligned with RioCan’s values and culture, the ideal candidate must be creative and enjoy working within a dynamic environment.  The EA will have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, the ability to exercise sound judgment in diverse situations, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. The successful candidate will have a professional approach to dealing with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
