Nous recherchons un product design lead expérimenté, capable de piloter des projets stratégiques ambitieux, principalement B2B, et accompagner l'évolution de carrière de designers. Votre rôle sera central pour comprendre les problématiques business de nos clients et structurer des visions produits pérennes, offrant aux équipes une direction claire pour prendre les bonnes décisions et progresser.
Là où les designers produit garantissent l’excellence du craft et la qualité d’exécution, vous portez la réussite des projets et la satisfaction client, en devenant pour eux un partenaire de confiance. Ensemble, vous formez la colonne vertébrale des projets, aux côtés des Design Directors, qui contribuent plus largement à la stratégie client.
