About the role:  The Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) is a senior technical role responsible for deploying, integrating, and optimizing Scality solutions at customer sites or remotely, depending on customer requirements. With a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and storage environments, the CSE acts as the primary technical point of contact throughout the post-sales journey — from initial deployment to ongoing optimization. This position is based in the Paris region (Île-de-France), with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2 office days per week, and approximately 30% travel across France and Europe. This role involves working in secure or military environments, so successful candidates must undergo mandatory background screening. Main Focus:  As part of the Customer Success team, the CSE provides integration, consulting, training, post-sales professional services and support during the delivery process, to our growing list of customers. As secondary objectives, the CSE interacts with the product organization to discuss new features required by customers. He/she coordinates customer and internal interactions for specific accounts where extended services are provided in addition to standard support.
