Corporate Development Associate

We think it’s the most interesting data asset on the planet, because it’s the most culturally relevant.  This role is responsible for supporting Samba TV's corporate development activities, including buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or management consulting with financial modeling skills and an interest in the media and technology sectors. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on strategic transactions while developing expertise in deal execution and financial analysis.
