Managing the Sales Teams: - Train and coach daily 2 AE Team Leader and 2 BDR TL directly, and 40 BDRs and AEs indirectly. - Recruit and promote BDRs and AEs in their respective career paths. - Organize the daily life of your teams: production time, administrative time, team meetings, individual check-ins, monthly reviews, etc. - Inspire your teams by leading by example and embodying Skello's values. - Motivate and engage your teams to drive them towards outperformance and professional fulfillment.   2. Managing Sales Processes and Tools: - Monitor all of your teams' KPIs. - Master all sales tools and ensure their correct use. - Optimize commercial processes. - Contribute to the definition of quotas and forecasts for your teams. - Assign the different leads according to the criteria established with your partner, - Sales Efficiency Manager.   You will be based in Barcelona and report to Marc, Spain General Manager
