We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to own and scale the creative engine behind our paid media. This is not a design role. This is the performance side of creative. You’ll turn data into direction—deciding what gets tested, what gets cut, and what gets scaled. You’ll operate like a scientist in a space typically driven by intuition, building systems that consistently produce winning ads across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms. If you think in hook rate, CTR, and ROAS—not aesthetics, you’ll fit right in.
