The Refurbishment Manager will oversee daily operations at the Center of Excellence (COE) in TX for refurbishment, ensuring production goals and quality standards are consistently met. This role is responsible for leading a production team, driving continuous improvement efforts, and maintaining efficient workflows in line with Lean manufacturing principles. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and company standards while working to enhance overall productivity.
