This role is looked to provide insights, strategic thinking, and guidance to the IT team on technologies, platforms, and infrastructure to set us up for scalability, maintainability, and value.  The Full Stack Developer is recognized organization wide as the subject matter expert in Quench platforms and will be a key influencer in the achievement of strategic alignment and direction.  Quench’s primary system is Salesforce.com and includes Zuora, ServiceMax, FinancialForce, Supply Chain Management, CPQ, as well as several other systems.  The successful candidate must be experienced with the Salesforce architecture as well as integration tools to implement and maintain solutions for our company’s unique needs.  This is a hands-on highly technical role where you will work directly with the entire IT team and lead multiple technical projects simultaneously. They will be self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with excellent documentation and communication skills. They will take responsibility for solving complex problems and driving simplicity in their solutions. The Full Stack Developer will work with the Director of Platform Engineering and the IT leadership team to guide software development platform decisions and solution infrastructure designs to optimize Quench's technology investments. The person in this role is also expected to be a dynamic and innovative leader and influencer, acting as an avid promoter of process improvement to enhance productivity and performance of the organization.
