Miscellaneous Metals Foreman Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: Starting at $32.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications) Additional Benefits: Company vehicle and fuel card provided Service Area: Candidates should reside near Georgetown, DE; Sterling, VA; Baltimore, MD; or Washington, DC Position Overview A growing field operations team is seeking an experienced Miscellaneous Metals Foreman to oversee installation crews working on structural and miscellaneous metals projects. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.   Projects may include installation of stairs, railings, platforms, structural supports, and other fabricated metal assemblies across multiple job sites. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong field experience, blueprint interpretation skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, crews, and project stakeholders.
