Through delivering bespoke solutions to every transaction, the IB team has direct exposure to firm leadership and clients.    The Vice President, IB // Industrials M&A role at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity to assume a wide range of responsibilities and make a significant impact. This Vice President is a key player leveraging the firm’s rapidly expanding platform to ensure seamless execution and delivery of all workflows essential to closing transactions for middle-market clients. The Vice President, IB // Industrials M&A will report directly to the IB Practice Line Leader and will work on a variety of transactions that provide exposure to various investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private placements of debt and equity securities and other financial advisory services. You will support key initiatives, manage discrete workstreams and work closely with senior leaders.
