The Vice President, Turnaround Restructuring Services (TRS) role at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity to drive meaningful impact on complex, high-stakes client challenges. As a key member of the TRS practice, this Vice President will manage discrete workflows across the full spectrum of restructuring, distressed advisory and operational transformation work – from situational assessment and stabilization initiatives, restructuring strategy development and overall financial and operational value creation plan execution. This Vice President, TRS will report to the local TRS Director and will execute discrete workstreams on client engagements, contribute to proposal development and collaborate with cross-functional partners in Office of the CFO, Transaction Execution Services, Investment Banking and Transaction Advisory Services teams.
