We are building a talent pool for an upcoming Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform modernization and upgrade project within a large-scale enterprise environment. The initiative focuses on upgrading and modernizing an existing ECM ecosystem, ensuring continued vendor support, improved security, enhanced platform stability, and long-term scalability while preserving existing business processes and integrations. The project includes the assessment of the current environment, design of the target architecture, implementation of new environments, migration of applications and content, testing, validation, and production deployment.
