This person will report directly to the General Counsel and will be a visible leader at the company with significant interaction at the board and executive management levels. The attorney in this role will manage and lead the company’s litigation and dispute resolution matters, including patent, commercial, soft IP (including brand protection), and general business litigation matters. They will lead the company’s patent program and will manage brand protection matters.
