You'll sit at the centre of payroll, commissions, data analytics, and system optimisation, helping ensure our remuneration programs are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business performance. ๐Ÿš€ The Opportunity As our Payroll & Commissions Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of payroll, incentive, and commission calculations across the business. You'll work closely with the Head of Remuneration, Finance, IT, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to analyse complex datasets, maintain commission models, support payroll operations, and drive continuous improvement across remuneration systems and processes. This role is ideal for someone who loves numbers, enjoys solving complex problems, and thrives working with data.
