With a strategic mind and a keen eye for risk management, this role is pivotal in sculpting a robust compliance framework that propels business objectives and aligns with the board's vision.   With a comprehensive understanding of how each team’s role fits into the larger picture of compliance, our Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the identification, documentation, and escalation of regulatory, legal, and industry compliance risks across the company’s sales, installation, and internal operations. This role ensures internal processes align with applicable national and state regulations, oversees the maintenance and review of company compliance policies, and provides formal guidance and implementation to business units to support informed decision-making.   Please note: Please note: This is a Hybrid role where you will need to be onsite in our vibrant byron bay HQ atleast 3 days per week (2 days remote)
