You will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the escalatory frameworks that protect our presence on the Amazon Marketplace. Your goal is to transform reactive troubleshooting into proactive, scalable systems that drive Week-over-Week (WoW) growth and maintain a gold standard of brand excellence.
