The Opportunity   This role is essential for developing custom features on top of the Sitetracker (ST) package to solve specific gaps in customer business processes. It provides a critical entry point for engineers to work directly with customers, translating their unique business problems into technical solutions. The role ensures that moderately complex technical solutions are designed and implemented efficiently while maintaining high code quality and adhering to customer timelines. It serves as a foundational role within the restructured FDE group, providing a clear path for technical growth and future seniority within the organization.   What You’ll Do:    You will develop moderately complex custom features on top of the Sitetracker package to solve specific gaps in customer business processes. Work directly with customers to translate their unique business problems into technical solutions, maintain high code quality and adhering to customer timelines and have constant and effective communications with customers   The Skills You'll Have:   Technical Aptitude + Writes reasonably efficient, bulk-safe Apex classes and triggers + Understand and implements OOPs concepts + Understands limits and governor constraints fundamentals + Building LWCs + Meaningful unit tests with positive/negative coverage(90%+)   Communication + Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences + Strong interest working with internal stakeholders throughout the feature development lifecycle, from initial planning through to deployment   Work Management + Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, including handling 2–3 high-effort and 4–5 medium-effort projects simultaneously, or supporting 5–6 customers at a time + Has experience delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines, demonstrating strong prioritization ability, efficiency, and attention to detail under pressure
