Zūm is backed by leading investors including Sequoia Capital, GIC, TPG, and Softbank. **This role is primarily remote, with an expectation that candidates are located within close proximity to a Zum yard.** As a Director of Driver (supply) growth, you will be responsible for supporting the driver planning and hiring results (both CDL and non-CDL drivers) for all Zum yard locations. This role will be responsible for partnering with multiple stakeholders to forecast the driver needs and training/onboarding resource needs for peak (back to school) and non-peak timeframe. You will also be working with the local safety and training teams to standardize as well as maximize the training and certification process, and enhancing the driver onboarding experience. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and HR stakeholders in a high-pressure environment. You will manage a high-visibility and large scale program, and partner with all levels of leadership to exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist.
