This is a highly outbound-focused, hunter-style role responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging, and developing new partnership and business development opportunities that directly contribute to revenue growth and brand expansion. We are looking for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, enjoys opening doors and building relationships from scratch, and is energized by creating new opportunities through consistent outreach and communication. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a hunter mentality who is excited to own pipeline generation, activate strategic partnerships, and build scalable referral channels. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in the United States. The Partnerships & Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, negotiating, and activating strategic partnerships and business development relationships with institutions, organizations, and aligned businesses. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong commercial judgment, relationship-building capabilities, and a proactive outbound approach.
