We are seeking a Contractor Compliance Analyst to own the compliance review layer across the full contractor lifecycle, from onboarding and identity verification through ongoing monitoring and offboarding. This role sits at the intersection of risk management, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that every contractor engagement on our platform meets regulatory and internal compliance standards. The ideal candidate will review flagged cases, make compliance determinations, identify systemic issues and work with the Product team to improve the compliance process.
