About the Role Ready to play a key role in driving merchant growth and business performance? Join ShopBack Pay as a Sales Operations & Strategy Associate, where you’ll work closely with our Business Development team to support merchant acquisition, engagement, and operational excellence. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end business development lifecycle, while contributing to process improvements and scalable growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
