Who we're looking for: We are looking for a data-driven HR Operations & Benefits Analyst to serve as a skilled executor of our People Team’s infrastructure. In this role, you will optimize our Workday ecosystem while maintaining the day-to-day administration of global health, wellness, and leave of absence programs. You will bridge the gap between technical systems and employee experience by navigating complex reconciliations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering actionable people analytics. The ideal candidate balances a high degree of emotional intelligence with the analytical rigor needed to scale global HR processes. This person maintains, delivers operational excellence and efficiency. Ultimately, you will ensure our HR operations and benefit programs are as seamless and supportive as Rover’s values.   To be eligible for this role you must be able to work remotely and reside only in the approved states of FL, GA, ID, NC, TX, WA & MI.
