No matter what.” ________________________________________ The Kansas Organizer position requires a collaborative work style, a strong work ethic, and a keen enthusiasm for fostering connections among Planned Parenthood Great Plains (PPGP) and Planned Parenthood Great Plains Votes (PPGPV) supporters, volunteers, staff, Board members, donors, coalition partners, and other crucial stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Director of Legislative Affairs and Organizing (DLAO), this role requires building and implementing grassroots and organizing strategies and programs throughout Kansas and in the Greater Kansas City area. Advocacy and organizing tactics will focus on deepening the organization's influence specifically in the Kansas counties of Douglas, Shawnee, Johnson, Wyandotte and Sedgwick.       The Kansas Organizer will work closely with the Kansas Lobbyist and Policy Analyst (KLPA) and with fellow members of the Legislative Affairs team. They will also collaborate regularly across teams within the External Affairs department structure, which also includes Development, Marketing & Communications, and Education.
