About The Role Solar Landscape is hiring a Markets & Policy Analyst to support the company’s expansion and operations across a growing portfolio of markets in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of policy, market strategy, and commercial execution, and will contribute across a range of high-priority initiatives, including existing market optimization, new market development, and legislative and regulatory engagement. Analysts on this team are deployed flexibly based on business needs and will have the opportunity to work across multiple markets, products, and workstreams over time. The Markets & Policy Analyst will develop a deep understanding of state-level regulatory frameworks, market structures, and program requirements, and translate that complexity into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment with multiple concurrent priorities. This is a highly cross-functional role with exposure to senior leadership and external stakeholders, offering a unique opportunity to help shape how distributed clean energy is deployed across the country. This role will be based in the NY / NJ metro area and is expected to be in-office 3–4 days per week.
