About The Role We are seeking a high-caliber Manager, Strategy & Operations to partner directly with the VP of Project Management and serve as an embedded operator with direct ownership over how projects are executed at scale. This is a high-impact role designed for someone with a management consulting background and EPC (or related) industry exposure who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This individual will help drive operational excellence across our project management function and work closely with senior leadership to define priorities, drive structured project sprints, and translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights that shape how projects are delivered. The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting toolkit, paired with exposure to EPC, infrastructure, or real estate environments, and is excited to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Project Development, Finance, Engineering) to ensure consistent, high-quality performance across our growing portfolio. This role is designed as a pathway into senior leadership roles within Project Management, Business Operations, or PMO as the organization continues to scale. We prefer the role to be based in Asbury Park, NJ or New York City, with the ability to work closely with leadership in a hybrid capacity.
