About The Role We are seeking a Senior O&M Technician to join our growing team in Illinois. This is a hands-on, field-based role for an experienced solar professional who enjoys solving complex technical problems, taking ownership of system performance, and helping elevate the team around them.   As a Senior Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing large-scale commercial rooftop solar assets. You’ll act as a technical leader in the field—handling advanced diagnostics, supporting commissioning activities, and mentoring junior technicians—while working closely with Asset Management, Engineering, and Construction teams.  This role offers opportunities for growth as the O&M organization continues to scale.
