As Manager, People Technology & Analytics, you’ll serve as a key conduit between the People Team (e.g., People Partners, Talent, Total Rewards), IT, Payroll, Finance, and the broader business—translating business and employee needs into scalable technology solutions, reliable data architecture, and actionable workforce analytics. This role will play an important part in shaping how employees interact with People systems and services by building efficient workflows, scalable self-service experiences, intelligent automations, and AI-enabled solutions that improve both operational efficiency and the employee experience. At the same time, you will help strengthen the company’s workforce data and analytics capabilities—ensuring People data is accurate, well-governed, and transformed into meaningful insights that support strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and business decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who combines systems thinking, analytical rigor, and a startup mindset, and who is comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
