Job Description Purple Land Management (PLM) is seeking a Lease Buyer with experience in South Texas, specifically near Dimmit County. The ideal candidate excels in a structured, team-oriented environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include identifying leasehold opportunities, negotiating and acquiring oil and gas leases, and maintaining detailed records of lease terms and landowner communications. The role requires a solid understanding of surface and mineral ownership, local landowner dynamics, and the legal instruments used in oil and gas leasing.
