This is a key role in our right-of-way acquisition process, where you will work on securing easements and right-of-way agreements with landowners for critical infrastructure projects. Job Description As a ROW Agent, your primary responsibility will be contacting landowners to negotiate and secure easement and right-of-way agreements. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure the successful execution of agreements while maintaining professional relationships with landowners. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in negotiation, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of right-of-way acquisition processes.
