This role supports both new and existing clients, serving as a primary interface between clients, internal teams, and Professional Services Development.     The Client Solutions Lead owns requirements gathering, delivery prioritization, report configuration, documentation, and ongoing solution maintenance. For complex or custom builds, this role partners closely with Professional Services Development (PS Dev) to ensure accurate scoping, efficient execution, and successful delivery.     Clear, accurate, and timely reporting is critical to client confidence and decision-making. The Solutions Consultant ensures client requirements are well understood, appropriately prioritized, and delivered with consistency and quality. This role directly impacts client satisfaction, adoption, and long-term retention.
