We are seeking a highly motivated recent graduate to join Siepe’s Kuala Lumpur office and be part of a rapidly growing team supporting the US and European operations. This role offers hands‑on exposure to the loan markets where you’ll help settle European syndicated loan trades.    The ideal candidate is someone who learns quickly and takes pride in precision and detail. You’ll receive structured, intensive on‑the‑job training from experienced professionals, gaining the knowledge and skills needed to build a strong foundation in financial operations and data management within the fintech and credit investment space.    This is a full‑time, office‑based role (5 days a week) in Kuala Lumpur. Given Siepe’s global operations, this position primarily supports US and European operations, and as such, involves non‑standard working hours (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Malaysia time) to align with our clients’ business hours. We’re looking for a driven, adaptable individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow alongside a market leader in financial technology.
