About this role

About SGBFF & The TeamΒ  The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation works to build a more equal and resilient world. We bring people together through four initiatives: LeanIn.Org, LeanInGirls.Org, OptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program.Β  Through community, research-based content, and programs, we help women and allies build the skills, confidence, and networks they need to reach their full potential. About the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program Dave Goldberg built companies that changed industries β€” and believed just as fiercely that every young person, regardless of background, deserved the same shot he had. The scholarship program bearing his name reflects that: going beyond tuition support to provide first generation college students with mentorship, career guidance, and a community that carries them through college and into their first jobs. More than 90% of our first cohort have graduated and are now employed or in graduate school β€” well above the national average for low-income students. We're building on that foundation. About the Role We are seeking a versatile, mission-driven rising leader to join our team and play a key role in program leadership and operations. This role is ideal for someone ambitious and eager to grow β€” excited to wear a few different hats and gain experience across program management and operations. Your primary role will be leading the Goldberg Scholar Program, where you'll own the relationships, events, and scholar support that help young leaders thrive. You'll also contribute to keeping the Foundation's operations running smoothly and efficiently. A through line across both areas of work: a willingness to leverage AI tools to work smarter, move faster, and free up time for the human connection that defines our mission. We're a lean, agile team, and we believe AI-savvy operators are the future β€” both for organizations like ours and for the scholars we serve. The ideal candidate is strategic and detail-oriented, with the ability to own projects from start to finish. You are as comfortable designing efficient systems as you are building strong relationships with scholars, alumni, partners, and leadership. Above all, you are collaborative and passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders.
