This role is responsible for ensuring accurate asset lifecycle management, license compliance, and cost-effective procurement while leading the day-to-day execution of asset operations through an Asset Management Specialist. This position reports into Service Delivery team under Enterprise Operations and works closely with Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Finance to ensure Shield AI’s IT assets are secure, auditable, and available to support rapid global growth. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, vendor and procurement experience, and a process-driven mindset to build scalable, compliant asset management practices in a mission-critical environment. This position may be based in San Diego, CA; Dallas, TX; or Washington, D.C.
