At WIP, we don’t have a separate strategy department, because we believe every account person should be a highly strategic thinker. Simply put, our primary focus is to ensure we achieve our clients’ business goals, and to do it, we need to get immersed in their businesses to the point where we become viewed as part of their team. To earn this respect and trust we have to be able to think about their businesses strategically to ensure every concept we bring forward will push them one step closer to achieving their goals.  Supervisor_Account + Strategy As a Supervisor you are at the center of everything that is happening on your account. You manage all types of projects from start to finish. You’re part of the brief creation process, the creative development process, and the “I have to be creative to get this project to market” process. You’re meticulous in your attention to detail. You are a team player and understand the role each person plays and how to partner with them to keep projects moving forward. You are a good listener and are comfortable asking questions when you don’t understand what is being asked of you. You have video production experience managing all aspects from bid to ship. You have interactive experience building Websites and working on large scale eCommerce platforms. Most of all, you’re highly-collaborative, you have no ego, and you want to make the best work of your career.
